For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Clearance or final sale items, where indicated at the time of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
NUTBEAM WEAR LTD is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, style, or available product, subject to inventory availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process a refund, as appropriate.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
